Etched graffiti is more common on commercial/retail glass and is caused by the use of screwdrivers or any metal object with a sharp edge. The damage can be removed by polishing with a minimum of distortion. Acid etching is where an etching chemical is smeared onto the glass causing it to etch or burn into the glass. This is treated with our unique glass polishing system leaving the surface smooth and clear. As with external glazing, we can restore the appearance of internal glass units including glass countertops, display units, and glass partitions avoiding the cost of expensive replacement.
